      After log in and entering your Virtual Office, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Change Password, you may enter and change your password;
      if you need to change your password question and answer, please click Account Settings , you may enter and change your password question and answer.
  • Why can not I login?¡üTop¡ü

      If you have trouble on logging in th35.com, ask yourself the following questions:
      Are you having difficulty accessing your account because of a problem with your password?
      • Your password and Member ID cannot contain any spaces.
      • Your password must be at least six (6) characters long. For increased security, we recommend creating a password containing both numbers and letters.

      Are you sure your system date is correct?
      Change the system date on your computer

      • If you are running Windows 95/98 or Windows NT 4.0 or higher, double-click the system time in the lower right corner of your Windows taskbar.
      • Verify the correct date, month, and year are displayed in the Date & Time tab. If necessary, change the date and time, and then click OK.

      Note: If you are running another operating system, consult your system documentation for instructions on changing the system date.
      Are you using a browser that doesn't support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled?
      Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled to sign in.
      To enable cookies
      Internet Explorer 6.x

      • Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
      • Click the Privacy tab.
      • Select "Default" setting or move the slider to Medium or lower settings.

      Internet Explorer 5.x

      • Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
      • Click the Security tab.
      • Click the Internet zone.
      • Select a security level other than High or Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.

      Internet Explorer 4.x

      • Click View, and then click Internet Options.
      • Click the Advanced tab.
      • Scroll to the Security section.
      • Under Cookies, click Always accept cookies.

      Other browsers

      • To see if your browser supports cookies, and for detailed instructions about how to enable this feature, see the online Help for your browser.
      • If you see a message to notify you that a Web site is trying to send you a cookie when you try to sign in, you should choose to continue or you will not be able to sign in.
      • If your browser does not support cookies, you can upgrade to a newer browser, such as Internet Explorer 6¡üTop¡ü

      Please make sure that your input status is DBC case. The checking codes input under SBC case will not be recognized.

      - Make sure your contact details including e-mail address are correct.
      - Maintain your member record and edit your product/offer records regularly.
      - Manage online activities with Message Center in Virtual Office.
  • How to edit my Member Info? Can I change my Member ID?¡üTop¡ü

      After log in and entering your Virtual Office, click Member info on the left side in the menu list, then click Company Info, you may enter and modify your company info; once you have finished, please click [Submit]. We will check your company information and edit your information to our database.
      About changing Member ID, we won't provide such a kind of function in the user's interface. If you really want to apply a new account, please email us the related information for reference. Please don't register again.

      You can find your interested products by clicking the categories of Product Directory step by step. You can also use Search.

      You can search for products in Homepage and Product Directory;
  • What is the difference between search by category and by keyword(s)?¡üTop¡ü

      All of the products on th35.com are classified into some major categories, which are then further divided into sub-categories. You can browse the interested products by category.
      You may also search by keywords and find more results from all categories. Please note that search in an individual category will lead to more accurate results. Keywords could be a product name. You may order the results by name or by date added.

      Any information you submit will not be published on th35.com until viewed and edited by our editors within a few working day(s). All valid information should reach the quality standard. Th35.com reserves the right to edit, as well as not to publish your information.

      Virtual Office provides a central area where you can manage your company profile, products, favourites, alerts and offers. It also features a message centre where all your incoming and sent messages and alerts can be viewed and edited.
  • How to edit the Contact Person Info?¡üTop¡ü

      After log in and entering your Virtual Office, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Account Settings, you may enter and modify your Account Settings:
      To modify Major Contact Information, click Modify and enter, you can finish your modification successfully by clicking Submit.
  • How to examine the inquiry from visitors?¡üTop¡ü

      After log in and entering your Virtual Office, click inquiry form on the left side in the menu list, then click Already received, you will see all your received messages there. Meanwhile, you can search inquiries by Products information, Price Term ,Currency type and Payment¡£
  • How to send a inquiry?¡üTop¡ü

      You can send inquiries to sellers you find through browse or search. Use these steps:

      • Select the checkbox beside each product you are interested in
      • Click button.
      • Complete the inquiry form and submit.
      • If you check more than one product, your inquiries will be sent to these simultaneously.
      Once you send out your inquiry, it will probably take sellers a few days to respond. Their replies will be sent to your¡± inquiry form¡± in your Virtual Office.
  • How do I send and reply to inquiry?¡üTop¡ü

      You can either send inquiry to your intended party by clicking the "Contact Now" button in the product page,.You can check your sent inquiry and replies in inquiry form.
      You may take the following steps to send and reply to messages:
      • Browse or search for your interested product.
      • Click "Contact Now" and send inquiry.
      • Check¡¯ Already received ¡°in inquiry form and reply accordingly.
  • How do I send and reply to Sample application ?¡üTop¡ü

      After log in and entering your Virtual Office, click inquiry form on the left side in the menu list, then click¡¯ Already received¡±, you will see the raply for your sent inquiry. Then after you examine the inquiry, you can choose ' Accept the quatation and request for sample' in this inquiry form .then complete the Sample application and submit.
      Once you send out your Sample application, it will probably take sellers a few days to respond. Their replies will be sent to your¡± Sample application¡± in your Virtual Office.
